Collected Data and Purposes

Like all websites, this website also uses log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored. The collected information may include:

The data collected by the website during its operation is used exclusively for the indicated purposes and stored for the time necessary to carry out the specified activities or, if necessary, until a request for deletion is made.

Data Controller

The data controller, according to the current laws, is ARS Srl, Via Giambattista Vico, 7, 52100 Arezzo (AR), in the person of its legal representative.

Disclosure of Data to Other Parties

The data collected by the website will never be provided to external third parties other than ARS

for any reason unless required by law enforcement or state authorities in the cases provided for by law. The personal data subject to processing may be made known to the employees and/or collaborators of ARS entrusted with carrying out activities necessary for ARS, including administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, and system administration personnel. Among these, the web hosting provider, appointed by ARS as the data processor, has the same obligations as the data controller. The data controller is required, upon request, to provide the interested parties with a list of the aforementioned subjects.

Location of Data Processing

The data collected by the website is processed at the data center of the web hosting provider. The web hosting provider is responsible for data processing, processing the data on behalf of the data controller, and is located within the European Economic Area, operating in compliance with European regulations.


Like all websites, this website also uses cookies, which are small text files that allow information about visitors' preferences to be stored, to improve the functionality of the site, to simplify navigation by automating procedures (e.g., Login, site language), and for site usage analysis. In this case, Google Analytics cookies are used in an anonymized form, in particular:

_utma: This cookie distinguishes the visitor. It has a duration of 2 years and, among other things, presents a unique code that distinguishes the visitor. Google Analytics counts the number of unique visitors to a site using this cookie.
