The data controller, according to the current laws, is ARS Srl, Via Giambattista Vico, 7, 52100 Arezzo (AR), in the person of its legal representative.
Disclosure of Data to Other Parties
The data collected by the website will never be provided to external third parties other than ARS
for any reason unless required by law enforcement or state authorities in the cases provided for by law. The personal data subject to processing may be made known to the employees and/or collaborators of ARS entrusted with carrying out activities necessary for ARS, including administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, and system administration personnel. Among these, the web hosting provider, appointed by ARS as the data processor, has the same obligations as the data controller. The data controller is required, upon request, to provide the interested parties with a list of the aforementioned subjects.
Location of Data Processing
The data collected by the website is processed at the data center of the web hosting provider. The web hosting provider is responsible for data processing, processing the data on behalf of the data controller, and is located within the European Economic Area, operating in compliance with European regulations.
